Dr. Wipplinger is an accomplished instructor and is available for general interest and customized seminars and workshops. She has over ten years of experience teaching engineering at the university level as an Assistant Professor at Kansas State University and as an Associate/Assistant Professor at the US Military Academy at West Point. Her expertise includes sustainable design and earthquake engineering.
